House Rules

I. Guests must respect the rules and may have their contract terminated if they cause problems.

II. Approved guests: guests must respect the approved number of guests and should ask the Host if they have any doubts about the rules for visitors. III. Check-in time: Guests must respect the Host's check-in period and should not check in before or after the defined period without prior authorization from the Host.

IV. Check-out time: Guests shall check out and return the keys by the check-out time set in the reservation and shall not leave belongings (to be kept or removed later) in the accommodation after the set check-out time without prior authorization from the HOST.

V. Smoking: Guests are not allowed to smoke inside any accommodation unless they have permission from the Host. This includes the consumption of tobacco, cannabis, electronic cigarettes, etc.

VI. Authorization for pets: each reservation will be analyzed individually. Guests should not bring more pets than are approved for a rental, or fail to inform the Host of the pets that will be brought into the accommodation. However, service animals are not considered pets. VII. Noise: guests must respect the set quiet hours and avoid disturbing the neighborhood with excessive noise (such as loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).

VIII. Commercial filming and photography: guests are not allowed to use the accommodation to make films or photos that are intended for commercial use or generate profit without the documented permission of the Host.

IX. The guest will inspect the property and furnishings in order to check the information contained in the written inventory and photographic report provided by the Host within 24 hours of Check-in, having this period to contest the inspection and request adjustments. After 24 hours from check-in, the inspection will be deemed to have been carried out and accepted.

X. To take care of and look after the property as if it were your own, including the conservation and cleaning of the walls, doors, windows, floors, sanitary fittings of the property, as well as the furniture, utensils, equipment and decorations that are furnished during the stay.

XI. To use the property as agreed, in accordance with its nature and purpose.

XII. At the end of the lease, return the property in the same condition in which it was received, disregarding deterioration resulting from normal use, including in the manner received with regard to the storage and arrangement of the movable items.

XIII. If the property suffers damage or defects for which you are responsible, inform the Host immediately.

XIV. Promptly repair any damage for which you are responsible, by notifying the Host.

XV. Allow the Host or their representative the right to inspect the property by prior arrangement of a date and time.

XVI. Not to violate the rules of neighborhood and condominium law, especially with regard to the peace, quiet, safety and health of the neighbors of the rented property, under penalty of payment of the condominium fine and termination of the contract, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability for your actions.

XVII. Do not, under any circumstances, change the secret lock on the property without written authorization from the Host, including additional copies of the key. If necessary and justified, the guest must request new copies from the Host.

XVIII. Provide the Host with a copy of all guests' documents (ID or passport) for the purposes of registration and entry into the Condominium.

A casa é linda, e tem uma localização incrível em frente à praia. As vistas são ótimas de quase todos os lugares da casa e ela foi projetada de tal forma que você pode deixar entrar a brisa do mar, negando a necessidade de ar-condicionado (mas há um em cada quarto, se necessário). Houve um pequeno problema técnico com a casa (como sempre pode acontecer), mas foi rapidamente cuidado pelo gerente, que foi muito ágil. Adoramos a experiência.

A casa é excelente, as fotos retratam bem as acomodações. Alem disso, todos os itens, desde roupa de cama, moveis, etc., até as louças e inclusive eletrodomésticos, tudo de primeiríssima qualidade. Área de lazer com churrasqueira, maquina de gelo, lindo deck, proporcionaram belas lembranças para minha família. Ter tido o suporte das meninas ( arrumadeira Bel e cozinheira Claudia), sugeridas aumentaram muito o conforto, elas são excelentes. Muito obrigado e até o retorno!

A casa dos sonhos! Exatamente como nas fotos, a casa é nova, ampla, alto astral, super bem decorada e equipada, limpeza impecável e com um espaço comum com piscina, hidromassagem, churrasqueira e roof top perfeito para aproveitar com amigos. Única sugestão é: vá de carro ou encontre táxis de confiança, pois o condomínio não facilita a circulação de motoristas não cadastrados. A equipe de anfitriões nos ajudou muito, passando dicas e contatos. Agora ficamos com vontade de voltar todo ano!
