** Energy consumption will be charged at the end of the stay, based on the reading from the utility provider’s meter, COELBA (Electric Power), taken at check-in and check-out;

Note: We are committed to transparency, pragmatism, and professionalism, which is why we charge separately for water and electricity usage so guests pay only for what they consume, with no hidden fees or inflated "all inclusive" rates.
*** It is necessary to provide documents of all guests for registration and access to the condominium/property.
***** A security deposit of at least R$ 1,200.00 or 10% of the total reservation amount is required, which will be refunded up to 5 business days after check-out following inspection (EXCEPT FOR RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH AIRBNB).
****** The condominium pool will be open daily, except on Mondays for general cleaning. The manager may decide to close the pool as a cost-saving measure during winter if the temperature makes swimming unfeasible, or for preventive/corrective maintenance, with or without prior notice.
