* We provide bed linens, table linens, and towels for a stress-free stay;
** Utilities (electricity and water) will be charged at the end of your stay, with consumption measured by the official service providers' meters (COELBA for electricity, EMBASA for water), noted upon check-in and check-out;

Note: We value transparency, pragmatism, and professionalism; for this reason, utilities are charged separately from the reservation so guests know and pay only for what they consume, with no hidden fees or inflated "all-inclusive" rates.
*** It will be necessary to provide ID for all guests for registration and access to the condo/property.
***** A security deposit of at least R$ 1,200.00 or 10% of the total reservation amount is required, which will be refunded within 5 business days after check-out upon inspection (EXCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH AIRBNB).
****** The condo pool will be open daily, except Mondays, which are reserved for general cleaning. The building manager may decide to close the pool for energy savings during the winter if the temperature makes full use impractical, or for preventive/corrective maintenance with or without prior notice.

House Rules
I. Guests must respect the rules and may have their contract terminated if they cause problems.
II. Approved guests: guests must respect the approved number of guests and should ask the Host if they have any doubts about the rules for visitors. III. Check-in time: Guests must respect the Host's check-in period and should not check in before or after the defined period without prior authorization from the Host.
IV. Check-out time: Guests shall check out and return the keys by the check-out time set in the reservation and shall not leave belongings (to be kept or removed later) in the accommodation after the set check-out time without prior authorization from the HOST.
V. Smoking: Guests are not allowed to smoke inside any accommodation unless they have permission from the Host. This includes the consumption of tobacco, cannabis, electronic cigarettes, etc.
VI. Authorization for pets: each reservation will be analyzed individually. Guests should not bring more pets than are approved for a rental, or fail to inform the Host of the pets that will be brought into the accommodation. However, service animals are not considered pets. VII. Noise: guests must respect the set quiet hours and avoid disturbing the neighborhood with excessive noise (such as loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
VIII. Commercial filming and photography: guests are not allowed to use the accommodation to make films or photos that are intended for commercial use or generate profit without the documented permission of the Host.
IX. The guest will inspect the property and furnishings in order to check the information contained in the written inventory and photographic report provided by the Host within 24 hours of Check-in, having this period to contest the inspection and request adjustments. After 24 hours from check-in, the inspection will be deemed to have been carried out and accepted.
X. To take care of and look after the property as if it were your own, including the conservation and cleaning of the walls, doors, windows, floors, sanitary fittings of the property, as well as the furniture, utensils, equipment and decorations that are furnished during the stay.
XI. To use the property as agreed, in accordance with its nature and purpose.
XII. At the end of the lease, return the property in the same condition in which it was received, disregarding deterioration resulting from normal use, including in the manner received with regard to the storage and arrangement of the movable items.
XIII. If the property suffers damage or defects for which you are responsible, inform the Host immediately.
XIV. Promptly repair any damage for which you are responsible, by notifying the Host.
XV. Allow the Host or their representative the right to inspect the property by prior arrangement of a date and time.
XVI. Not to violate the rules of neighborhood and condominium law, especially with regard to the peace, quiet, safety and health of the neighbors of the rented property, under penalty of payment of the condominium fine and termination of the contract, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability for your actions.
XVII. Do not, under any circumstances, change the secret lock on the property without written authorization from the Host, including additional copies of the key. If necessary and justified, the guest must request new copies from the Host.
XVIII. Provide the Host with a copy of all guests' documents (ID or passport) for the purposes of registration and entry into the Condominium.

What an exceptional experience! We had an awesome stay in this beautiful apartment: the arrangements and furniture in the apartment are of exquisite taste and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a most comfortable stay. We really just had to unpack our bags and felt very much at home straight away. The hosts are super kind and absolutely helpful with everything you require: they organised our transfer from the airport and provided perfect support and recommendations for activities in the area. Last but not least: we felt absolutely safe at any time during our stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back!

Eu e minha família tivemos uma excelente estadia. O apartamento é maravilhoso, super agradável, limpo, cheiroso, camas confortáveis, cozinha completa (cozinhamos todos os dias). O condomínio é bem bonito, organizado, aconchegante e a piscina muito boa! Caminhávamos pouco mais de 5 minutos até a praia. Nos arredores possuem restaurantes, pizzaria, sorveteria… A Carol respondia a tudo prontamente. Um dos melhores imóveis que já fiquei! Tudo perfeito, recomendo muito!

O apartamento é exatamente igual às fotos, é lindo! Super aconchegante e com a cozinha bem completa, o que permite cozinhar com tranquilidade. A comunicação com o host foi ótima, super rápida e resolutiva. Sobre a localização, quando fomos a ponte próxima ao condomínio estava em reforma, e com isso o tempo de chegada na praia que seria de 5 min de carro, passou a ser em torno de 20 min. Ainda assim, não foi algo que impactou nossa estadia. A estrada de acesso ao condomínio possui vários quebra mola de tamanhos diferentes, então se estiver chegando a noite, preste atenção. :)

Mi estancia fue genial. Es un sitio muy bonito, con todas las comodidades. Además la comunicación fue fácil, amable y atenta. El único punto negativo es que hay que pagar la electricidad y el agua a parte, y tienes que ir a los contadores y pasarles las fotos para que después te pasen el gasto. Es la primera vez que me pasa esto en un Airbnb y me pareció un poco fastidioso. Pero por lo demás, todo genial.

Wow!!! Was für eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir wurden super freundlich von Carolina und Wesley empfangen und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie praktisch, dass beide super deutsch sprechen. Die Wohnung ist sooo liebevoll eingerichtet, total gemütlich. Es war alles sauber und nichts hat gefehlt. Das ganze Codominio ist super schön. Am Pool konnten wir perfekt entspannen. Die Lage ist ideal. Schön ruhig, weil es nicht direkt am Strand ist, aber der Fußweg ist nur circa 7 Minuten. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind gerade am entstehen. Da freuen wir uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
