I. Guests must abide by the rules and may have their contract terminated if they cause problems.
II. Approved guests: guests must respect the approved number of guests and should ask the Host if they have any questions about the rules for visitors. Meetings that cause disturbance are always prohibited. Learn more in our Noise Policy.

III. Check-in time: Guests must respect the Host's check-in time and must not check in before or after the set time without the Host's prior authorization.
IV. Check-out time: Guests must complete check-out and return keys by the check-out time specified in the reservation and must not leave belongings (for storage or later pickup) in the accommodation after the specified check-out time without the Host's prior authorization.
V. Smoking: Guests must not smoke inside an accommodation unless permitted by the Host. This includes the consumption of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
VI. Pet Policy: Guests must not bring pets into a listing that is designated as “no pets” in the House Rules, bring more pets than are approved for a listing, or fail to inform the Host about the pets that will be brought into the listing. VII. Noise: Guests must respect designated quiet hours and avoid disturbing the neighborhood with excessive noise (such as loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
VIII. Film and commercial photography: Guests must not use the accommodation to make films or take photos for commercial use or profit without the Host's documented permission.
IX. Guests shall inspect the property and furnishings in order to verify the information contained in the written inventory and photographic report provided by the Host within 24 hours of check-in, during which time they may contest the inspection and request adjustments. After 24 hours from check-in, the inspection shall be deemed to have been carried out and accepted.
X. Take care of and look after the property as if it were your own, including maintaining and cleaning the walls, doors, windows, floors, sanitary fixtures, as well as the furniture, utensils, equipment, and decorations that furnish it during use.
XI. Use the property as agreed, in accordance with its nature and intended purpose.
XII. At the end of the lease, return the property in the same condition in which it was received, disregarding deterioration resulting from normal use, including the condition in which it was received with regard to the arrangement and layout of the movable property.
XIII. If the property suffers damage or defects for which you are responsible, immediately report the incident.
XIV. Quickly repair any damage for which you are responsible, after notifying the Host.
XV. Allow the Host or their representative the right to inspect the property by prior arrangement of date and time.
XVI. Do not violate neighborhood and condominium rules, particularly with regard to the peace, quiet, safety, and health of the neighbors of the rented property, under penalty of paying a condominium fine and termination of the contract, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability for your actions.
XVII. Under no circumstances shall the guest change the lock on the property without the Host's written authorization, including additional copies of keys. If necessary and justified, the guest must request new copies from the Host.
XVIII. Send the Host a copy of all guests' documents (ID and CPF) for registration, record-keeping, and entry into the Condominium.
XIX. Energy and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay, with both consumptions obtained through the reading of the meters of the service providers in question, COELBA (Electricity), EMBASA (Water), noted at check-in and check-out of the property;
