Security deposit

A security deposit of the amount stipulated for each property is charged and must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The amount of the deposit for the property rented can be found in the accommodation rules in the advertisement.

As a guarantee of the rental, a security deposit will be charged in the amount stipulated for each property to be paid at the time of signing the seasonal rental contract, which will be returned to you at the end of the contract, to compensate for any losses, such as damage caused to the property and non-payment of taxes or expenses related to the use of the property.

The guarantee insurance will be returned to the LESSEE after the property has been vacated and returned free and clear to the LESSOR within 5 (five) working days of check-out, with payment of all that is owed, and after the key handover inspection has been carried out and faithful compliance with the contractual provisions has been verified.


Booking confirmation

After paying for your stay, you must send a personal photo ID and proof of residence to confirm your reservation.


Cancellation Policy

Moderate: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Guests must pay 50% of the total price if they cancel within 5 days of arrival.


Privacy Policy

In order to register and use PropTech Rental services, you freely and expressly consent to the company collecting, using, storing and processing your information, including your personal, financial, bank and account details, which will be necessary for the reservation to be made.


House Rules

I. Guests must respect the rules and may have their contract terminated if they cause problems.

II. Approved guests: guests must respect the approved number of guests and should ask the Host if they have any doubts about the rules for visitors. Gatherings that cause a nuisance are always prohibited. Find out more in our policy on not disturbing the neighbors.

III. Check-in time: Guests must respect the Host's check-in period and should not check in before or after the defined period without prior authorization from the Host.

IV. Check-out time: Guests shall check out and return the keys by the check-out time set in the reservation and shall not leave belongings (to be kept or removed later) in the accommodation after the set check-out time without prior authorization from the HOST.

V. Smoking: Guests are not allowed to smoke inside any accommodation unless they have permission from the Host. This includes the consumption of tobacco, cannabis, electronic cigarettes, etc.

VI. No eating or drinking around the pool (subject to fine).

VII. Authorization for pets: each reservation will be analyzed individually. Guests should not bring more pets than are approved for a rental, or fail to inform the Host of the pets that will be brought into the accommodation. However, service animals are not considered pets. VIII. Noise: guests must respect the set quiet hours and avoid disturbing the neighborhood with excessive noise (such as loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).

IX. Commercial filming and photography: guests are not allowed to use the accommodation to make films or photos that are intended for commercial use or generate profit without the documented permission of the Host.

X. The guest will inspect the property and furnishings in order to check the information contained in the written inventory and photographic report provided by the Host within 24 hours of Check-in, having this period to contest the inspection and request adjustments. After 24 hours from check-in, the inspection will be deemed to have been carried out and accepted.

XI. To take care of and look after the property as if it were your own, including the conservation and cleaning of the walls, doors, windows, floors, sanitary fittings of the property, as well as the furniture, utensils, equipment and decorations that are furnished during the stay.

XII. To use the property as agreed, in accordance with its nature and purpose.

XIII. At the end of the lease, return the property in the same condition in which it was received, disregarding deterioration resulting from normal use, including in the manner received with regard to the storage and arrangement of the movable items.

XIV. If the property suffers damage or defects for which you are responsible, inform the Host immediately.

XV. Promptly repair any damage for which you are responsible, by notifying the Host.

XVI. Allow the Host or their representative the right to inspect the property by prior arrangement of a date and time.

XVII. Not to violate the rules of neighborhood and condominium law, especially with regard to the peace, quiet, safety and health of the neighbors of the rented property, under penalty of payment of the condominium fine and termination of the contract, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability for your actions.

XVIII. Do not, under any circumstances, change the secret lock on the property without written authorization from the Host, including additional copies of the key. If necessary and justified, the guest must request new copies from the Host.

XIX. Provide the Host with a copy of all guests' documents (ID or passport) for the purposes of registration and entry into the Condominium.
